  • Go to MyCenturaHealth and click on create a free account if you have not already.
  • Click on the Prescription tab.
  • Select the prescription you want to refill. You can also choose the delivery method and quantity.
  • Once you click on Submit, your request will be sent to the pharmacy.
  • A pharmacist will review your request and contact you if they want to know more.
  • Once your refill request is approved, it will be filled and delivered to you according to your preferences.

It is a hassle free process that saves both time and effort.

Does MyCenturaHealth have a fee?

You can get free access to MyCenturaHealth if you want to keep track of your health information. All you have to do is to register for an account and get access to your records from any mobile device or computer.

Can certain test results not be shared electronically through MyCenturaHealth?

MyCenturaHealth makes sure to priritize the privacy of patients. So, they do not provide electronic sharing of some test results.

There are a few reasons for this.

  1. Sharing test results electronically could compromise the privacy of patient in some cases which they should avoid.
  2. Some test results should be interpreted by a doctor before they can be shared with a patient.

If you are interested in your test results, you must reach out to your physician’s office. They will be able to provide you with the information you need.

Does MyCenturaHealth allow me to share an account with my spouse?

I have multiple accounts with MyCenturaHealth. What is the best way to link them?

If you have been to different Centura Health Clinics or Penrose Hospitals more than once, you may have created multiple MyCenturaHealth accounts. If you want to make things easier, you can link all your accounts into one.

  • Simply log in to your MyChart account.
  • Go to the profile section
  • Look for the option to link your accounts.

This will help you keep track of your health information all in one place.

If you click on a specific option, you can enter the login details for another MyCenturaHealth account. This will connect both your accounts and you will be able to see all your medical records in one place.

Is MyCentura divided into several subsidiaries?

MyCentura owns several other companies like St. Catherine’s Hospital and Parker Hospitals. One of their subsidiaries, Francis Health Services, recently became part of MD Anderson Cancer Network. How do I receive Centura SMS alerts? Which carriers are supported?

If you have a Centura wireless account, you can send SMS alerts to different phone carriers. This includes Appalachian Wireless, AT&T, Bluegrass Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cellcom, Centennial Wireless, GCI/Immix, Inland Cellular, Metro PCS, Sprint, U stem wireless, Verizon, West Central wire and Virgin Mobile USA.   • Visit the MyCenturaHealth website with your web browser.
  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on the messages tab.
